Internship - Information Technology (IT)

Responsibilities:
- 1. Software/System Development and Project Support
- Support the installation and updating of software on company devices
- Assist in tracking and manage software licenses
- Participate in the implementation of IT-related projects and provide support for Ad Hoc Technical Tasks as needed.
- 2. IT Support and System Administration
- Perform day-to-day technical administration activities
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolution of basic hardware, software and connectivity issues.
- Perform routine health checks on systems
- 3. Documentation and Reporting
- Update and maintain basic IT documentation
- Record and report the project progress & issues encountered.
