The first team building event for Leeden Hercules was held on 9th – 11th July, 2022 at The Haven All Suite Resort in Ipoh, Perak. The event has approximately 70 participants, including Leeden Hercules staff. The objective of team building is to create a strong team through forming bonds and connections. Building these bonds through teamwork is extremely beneficial to company and organisations. Team building benefits include improved communication, planning skills, employee motivation, and employee collaboration. The organizers organised a variety of team-building activities in which everyone can participate, including the Squid Game, a heritage exploration race, and some indoor activities.Team building activities also work to improve workplace projects that involve teamwork because it helps the teams understand each other better. Employees better understand each other’s strengths, weaknesses, and interests after participating in team building activities together. This understanding allows them to collaborate even more effectively on future progress vital to a company.
