In December 2023, The Leeden Store at Kuantan City Mall embarked on a refurbishment program aimed at enhancing the appearance and functionality of specific areas within the outlet to better meet the needs of customers. We focused on five specific areas: Red Wing corner, power tools corner featuring with Stanley, DeWalt, and Black & Decker products, Eco Cooling corner, 3M Safety PPE & Abrasive corner, and Hercules Safety Shoe corner. Through these targeted improvements were designed to create a more functional and visually appealing environment, ensuring that customers could easily find the products they needed. These enhancements were part of the outlet’s commitment to providing customers with a satisfying shopping experience.
